Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center has state of the art Precor equipment and spectacular, picturesque windows which overlook the Club's swimming pools and San Gabriel Mountains. Our members experience the finest fitness facility with access to private personal trainers. Daily Hours of Operation: 5:30 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Adult Swim

This program is designed for swimmers who would like the opportunity to improve stamina and stroke technique, learn stroke efficiency, set fitness goals, and increase conditioning.

Aqua Burn

This class is designed to provide cardiovascular benefits and muscle strength through high-intensity interval training. Equipment is also used to promote and develop firm, lean muscle, flexibility, and endurance.

Fitness 101

This boot camp-style class incorporates circuit training to help attendees tone up, lose weight, and improve overall health. The team atmosphere keeps everyone motivated to stay focused on their end result.

Yin Yoga and Sound Healing

This slow-moving class mixes the benefits of yoga and meditation. Seated and lying postures are held for long periods of time while participants listen to the acoustic harmonies of crystal bowls that attune to the body’s energy centers.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are offered four times a week and led by two experienced instructors. These classes promote exercise, breath control, and relaxation to improve both physical and mental health.
